In construction industry a project manager is essential, like in any industry the project manager has many responsibilities, passion for multitasking, communication and technical skills are some of the most important things in a project. The manager should have. In their daily work, they are expected to be involved in different tasks, for example, organizing meetings between team members of a project with the aim of sharing ideas and making important decisions before the actual start of the work. During these meetings, it is important to be very organized, have an agenda for the meetings and set clear goals and objectives. (Griffin, 2010)The main role of project management in the construction industry is to make everyone work towards the same goal which should be aligned with the strategic objectives of the company. One of the most important differences between any project management and those working in the construction industry is the knowledge and skills in certain areas related to the field. It is essential to have a good understanding of construction methods, materials, planning and reading blueprints. as well as knowledge of communication and leadership. In construction technology, it is important to take into account any new technology used by construction companies. For project management, it is important to keep up to date with any new technology used by construction companies. (Dykstra, 2011) In construction, the project manager also works directly on site, inspecting the progress of the work and dealing with any issues or decision-making situations where it is really important to respect everyone's opinions and ideas (Dykstra, 2011). It is therefore the responsibility of the project manager to plan a response to these requirements in such a way that the project can continue without any complaints from these stakeholders.
