  • Essay / Oceana by George Orwell - 982

In 1984, George Orwell tells the story of a love affair between two individuals named Julia and Winston. In Oceana's fictional world, it's illegal to have sex for pleasure, so they have to sneak behind the government's back to do it. Constantly sneaking around only to be caught and tortured ripped the humanity out of Winston and Julia. This behavior is similar to the modern act of sexting.
