    1Designing an Effective Organizational StructureOne of the most important things to consider when designing an organization is the type of organizational structure that will be implemented. Organizational structure is very important in any organization because it determines how information will flow from one individual or department to another. Organizational design helps organize the organization's tasks and work relationships. When designing Birdhouse, we considered all organizational structures and their advantages and disadvantages. There are three types of organizational structures in which any organization can operate. It is a functional structure, a divisional “product” and a matrix structure. The functional structure groups together individuals who perform the same task or occupy similar positions such as finance, human resources, marketing, etc. It's a very hierarchical structure. Each department is led by a leader with in-depth knowledge and experience of this type of function. Some advantages are that since the organization groups its activities by function, it captures the benefits resulting from division of labor and specialization. Individuals grouped according to similarities can communicate and share information more easily with each other. It also makes it easier for individuals to learn from each other's experiences. Some disadvantages would be that if the company wants to expand their products or services, their functions may start to experience difficulties because they may not be experts in this new area. However, we only do this face to face, emails and phone calls are not encouraged to be used to convey messages. 9Birdhouse employees are divided into several groups. The leader of each group will communicate responsibly with his own team. For any further discussions, these leaders must participate in weekly meetings with the management department. Finally, our manager will always communicate with employees and tell them the good and bad news. We believe in honesty. It is always better to hurt people with the truth than to lie to them regardless of the circumstances. will be more credible when it comes to good news. Additionally, we don't want our employees to make the same mistakes over and over again. This not only affects the business but also causes problems for themselves..
