Currently, the buying and selling of products by organizations is undergoing a transformation. Arusha, the northern region of Tanzania, is blessed with very rich wildlife resources. Home of the Serengeti, host to the most wonderful events that nature has to offer - the great migration and the rich cultural heritage of its people place the tourism industry among the major economic drivers, even if it is still in its infancy. The tourism industry in Arusha is thriving as photography expeditions, game viewing, camping safaris, hunting, trekking and mountaineering are becoming increasingly popular not only with locals but also foreigners . In addition to this, high-quality hotel facilities are in high demand, whether they are small private lodges, luxury tented camps or hotels. Although business is booming, the tourism sector is, as Luvanga and Shitundu (2003) call it, still well developed.
