I feel reassured knowing that my peers have noticed many of the same habits and qualities in me that I have noticed in myself. Of the nine cards I received, three acknowledged and noted my thinking habit. These people appreciated that I began the challenge with a reflection exercise and that I could continually evaluate each situation presented. Three other beige cards commented on the motivational leadership habit. These people spoke about my ability to stay positive, to lead with a smile, and my strength to include everyone. The remaining three cards showed that I was cautious, resolutely committed and courageous. These people also mentioned my inclusiveness towards everyone, my initiative and my confidence in the group.
