Business communication is any use of communication to build partnership and protect goodwill for the future. Goodwill is valuable in relation to its tangible assets such as a good name and reputation, a fair location, interesting products and exceptional customer service which can guarantee revenue for a business. Effective communication is the key strategy and an extremely important element of organizational success. Insensitive messages can eliminate a company's goodwill, whether automatically with customers, employees, or even a business partner. Today, people in the business world are increasingly aware of the need to use language that identifies diversity and that does not refer to or exclude people on the basis of gender, race , age and people with disabilities. Being responsible for individual differences requires people to make a decision. conscious effort to create non-sexist language. Gender-neutral language treats both sexes neutrally. It does not emphasize any particular gender and avoids being offensive. According to Madison University of Wisconsin (1991), A Guide to Bias-Free Communications, gender includes human beings in general references by replacing gender-neutral language and expressions with gender-biased words. According to Elizabeth N. (1988), Linguistic Sexism in Business Writing Textbooks, examples of the words "humanity" refer to everyone, but this word is called a gender bias word because it defines people specifically for a word d 'man. There are some recommended phrases to use and replace this sexist word, such as human beings, people or even humanity. Another way to erase sexist language is to use an appropriate gender pronoun.
