INTRODUCTIONThe reason for this report is to discuss, evaluate and appreciate the difference between private residence club and timeshare ownership. The articles will be used to obtain and develop different points of view, such as historical backgrounds, advantages, disadvantages and costs, in order to compare and distinguish the various perceptions so that I can give my thoughts and reasons for this discussion. RESULTS AND ANALYSIS “We” I heard someone use a car analogy to compare private home clubs to timeshares. He described the private residence club as a Mercedes SL500 and the timeshare club as a Dodge Neon. Both are cars and both will get you from point A to point B, but when you buy a Mercedes you get a large luxury vehicle with all the latest features and will enjoy impeccable dealer service . With the Dodge, the ride might not be as comfortable and it certainly won't have the features offered by the Mercedes.
