Teaching is an intimate contact between a more mature personality and a less mature personality. The most mature is a teacher and the least mature is a student and it is designed to continue the education of the latter. He further stated that teaching could be characterized as an activity aimed at attainment and carried out in such a way as to respect the intellectual integrity and capacity for independent judgment of the student. He described the roles and behaviors of a teacher who is primarily responsible for teaching. Today, teachers are increasingly involved in the implementation of new teaching procedures that take advantage of all the resources of modern teaching devices and methods. He is an educator and counselor who tries to develop the abilities and skills of his students.
