It was from Great Britain that standardized tests were born, not only throughout the commons of Great Britain, but also in Europe, then in America. Immigration has been a significant factor in the growth of standardized testing in the United States. Standardized tests were used in immigration when people first arrived to test their social roles and find their power and social status. EOI tests serve the same purpose as skills tests. It assesses the student's abilities and knowledge of objectives and concepts (FACTS End-Of-Instruction). The Alegebra II EOI test aims to measure mastery at the end of Algebra II teaching. According to the Oklahoma C³ (“Okla. Core Curriculum Tests”) standards, students are tested on a variety of concepts, such as number sense and algebraic operations, relationships and functions, data analysis, probability and the statistics. (as shown in Figure 1) Students are also tested on key concepts that are recommended to be taught in depth using a variety of methods.
