They gave a positive view of Americans and gave them the image of heroes in an attempt to get Americans to help in the war in some way. While many actors didn't go, they had the chance to star in films to promote World War II. . At that time, the war was portrayed as a major problem, and at first they needed American soldiers to help them fight. This had to be done from a positive perspective through films like Casablanca to be an example and show people what it was like without creating fear. In the film Casablanca, he gave us insight into American involvement, propaganda, how the film depicted the war, and how the cultural components were demonstrated in the film.
