I wanted to save other people's lives and I will not let the incident happened to my father who died without knowing how to rescue by CPR or the proper way like calling the 911 To my mother who suffers from asthma, I wanted to offer my help and make people aware of the importance of having the knowledge to treat this disease so that they can make a difference in their lives. I hope I can convince and make cigarette-smoking family members aware of the effect of smoke pollution on our bodies and the people around them. To answer the question “Who do I want to be when I grow up?” ", the career of a respiratory therapist is definitely a vocation that guides me to where exactly the path of the medical field I will follow at this stage of my life. Sometimes life experience will guide and lead an individual down the path that will allow them to persevere in their dreams. These reasons help me pursue and choose respiratory therapy as a profession.
