Self-SuccessionTo conclude the statement on the status of the proposal, a plan to fully implement these departmental policies and procedures will be implemented as soon as the election is finalized . The work and potential safety of the community now depends on decisions such as those of the police chief. This is a promise to disappoint no one as the designated public protector of the citizens of Mississippiville. This proposal represents a commitment to providing the city with a progressive, reliable and citizen-focused service in the most professional and timely manner possible. This department is responsible for serving the public, enforcing laws, and keeping crime rates low. This is the official mission.An AddendumIn addition to this state of proposal, another inclusion is that of the proposed budget. With the mayor's approval, the proposed budget will include 150 sworn officers and 75 full- or part-time civilians. This will also include 275 vehicles. The department has inventories of more than $30 million. The department's annual budget exceeds $25 million. Monetary benefits are all used to support an ongoing commitment to protecting citizens and their property. The plan is to purchase many vehicles and equipment with the money the department has put to halt record drug seizures. Additionally, the Mississippiville Police Department will host a fully staffed, trained and equipped bomb squad, also funded by arrested drug money. With this new business asset, this multi-million dollar team could respond to over twenty-five service calls. The bomb squad will make safe discoveries of improvised explosive devices or suspicious objects. The structure of the Mississippiville Police Department will further include divisions...... middle of paper...... o direct department personnel in the right direction to better serve the community. The city of Mississippiville will no longer be “under attack” when this new chief takes office, but will instead lead the fight against crime, bias and unprofessionalism within the department. Here, setting an example and leading the way, protecting and serving is part of the plan. Well aware that the work and potential safety of the community depends on certain decisions. Speech and honor are guaranteed. No one will be disappointed. This will be the department that everyone will want to work for instead of turning away. The stigma associated with employment in such an unruly environment will disappear and become a thing of the past once this ministry is turned around. As Mississippiville's new police chief, everyone will be proud.
