    In the story “Lord of the Flies” by William Golding, it shows how the boys lost all innocence and civilization. The boys went from being innocent children to killing other people, wild behavior, and losing all civilization because of the problems on the island. The boys had forgotten where they came from and became feral to survive; it was the need for survival that caused the loss of innocence among boys. At the end of Lord of the Flies, Ralph cries "for the end of innocence."
