Essay / Korean Pop (K-POP) - 1105
Korean Pop (K-POP)K-pop is the abbreviation of K = Korean and pop = pop. So, what is K-pop? Korean pop. But what is it really? It's Korean pop. (No one really knows.) However, there is evidence that it is used for non-ceremonial purposes on the historic Korean Peninsula. Korean pop music is very popular in Korea. It is most popular among young Koreans. To clarify this thousand-word essay, youth is roughly defined as ages 0 to 22. There is a phenomenon happening with Korean pop music and older Koreans. This phenomenon is a distinct characteristic of Korean pop that sets it apart from older Korean pop music from the seventies. This phenomenon comes from the fact that older Koreans do not understand the lyrics that come out of the mouths of Korean pop music singers from today's music industry in the Korean nation. This phenomenon parallels that of pop music in North America's largest country – also known to many humans as the United States of America – where older people struggle to connect with musical trends popular. This could be exemplified by Americans who tend to like country music. If it's not obvious, country music fans love country music because, as the author of this text said, "you can understand [the words]." It's also a trend that pop music fans don't like country. These two musical tastes seem to be mutually exclusive. In fact, older Korean pop, in this writer's opinion, sounds just a little bit like country. Trends tend to result in older people not being able to understand the words coming out of the mouths of the trendsetters. Back to our first topic, what is K-pop? This is...... middle of paper...... the rest of the conversation. When asked "what would you like to receive as a gift for Christmas", Britney replied "Clothing and accessories", to which BoA replied "me too", thus ending their conversation. However, Britney, who had asked for many difficult conditions during her stay in Korea, left as soon as the concert was over, leaving no chance for the two stars to talk to each other and fans were disappointed. » In conclusion, K-pop is like A.-pop, sometimes with less talent, sometimes more. Only one thing is certain, eh, analytical and a priori: what exists exists in order not to exist. Everything else: non-analytical, non-empirical.
