Currently, data is a very sensitive topic as society is aware of the benefits and consequences that one can experience with data. Additionally, associating the term big with data can mean that some information should not be easily accessible and unfortunately is. In order to eradicate the fear of “big data”, training programs should be put in place to further explain this concept. Through these trainings, it would be ideal if the connection between conceptual benefits and organizational success is established, so that employees have the impression that it is a concept that would make integration and management tasks more accessible and manageable data. All in all, the Internet is a massive medium with an endless amount of information easily accessible at one's leisure. If used appropriately and effectively, it will be possible to maximize its full potential.
