Leading: It means inspiring and motivating people or workers to work hard to achieve the goals of the organization. Controlling: This means monitoring progress towards achieving objectives and taking corrective action if necessary. If a manager is a good planner and he knows and can achieve the objective of the organization then he can also organize his organization and when he has organized his organization in the right way he can lead or motivate people more effectively and can also control their organization in the best way. A good manager will focus on these four responsibilities. To become an effective manager, you need to know that your employees are as productive as possible and that the processes in place to facilitate the completion of their tasks are working optimally.
