WORK OF PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONSThe module below explains the human resources of the organization (company). The following module explains the different ways of dealing (interacting) with the employees of one's organization. Human resources is the backbone of any organization. The organization can only prosper when it has competent and committed employees. If the backbone of the organization is fragile, it is doomed to collapse. Some of the important aspects related to organization are discussed below. Nowadays, a number of theories have arisen on how the organization should treat its employees so that the results are better. There are a number of ways an organization inherits (acquires) its employees. These include IQ (Intelligence Quotient) related tests, face-to-face interactions (interviews), walk-ins, referrals. A combination of these is used by different organizations. Every employee must be well inspected so that they are in the right place. The character traits and skills of the employee should be looked at well so that he fits in the right place so that the performance level of the employee is at its best. Every individual likes to be motivated, so we will talk about motivation. here. Motivation is a very important tool in any organization. This helps in improving the confidence level in a person which automatically improves the performance level which is directly proportional to the growth of the organization. To show the practicality of these theories, I chose an IT company that uses some of these theories to deal with its employees. These theories have contributed to the overall growth of the company, on a global scale. Starting with the basics: motivation. The final assessment day ends mainly with a new interview with a senior manager in order to make the final selection. All these steps are included while selecting an employee for the organization. Negative Remarks: 1. The company does not use any form of testing to select the candidate.2. The company does not use any personality test to know the personality type of the candidate before hiring them. Suggestions: The company should choose tests like aptitude test or basic skills test so that the company can select a better candidate for the job. And also introduce a personality test in order to know the competence of the selected candidate and assign the job accordingly.
