Essay / Critical answer to the most important question:...
Society has, throughout history, introduced several questions that we, as a people, must answer. However, none of these answers can satisfy everyone and have some negative drawbacks. The editors of Searching for Great Ideas agree with this statement based on what they said on page 30… Some current issues that can be examined are gender and gender equality in society, l access to education and health care. I think the most important issues in the world relate, in one way or another, to health care. One such question that seems to me to be of the utmost importance is whether our health insurance system is tied to employment. This also leads to formulating several subcategory questions from this question. As a future doctor, these will be issues that I will have to face on a daily basis. Although I do not have the power to change some important health care laws, I do have the power to comfort my patients in their difficult times. Do we have a moral obligation to provide health care to all as needed or is health care a product that should be subject to the same market influences as other products? I think everyone should receive health care; otherwise, health care will be subject to the same problems as education. For example...... middle of paper ......t solution to contain it. A solution (or theoretical models to explain it by gravity, nuclear physics, atomic physics, etc.) cannot solve the problem. Even one component is left out of the equation; the computer cannot simulate the explosion of the star. A single solution cannot solve a democracy problem, agrees with the book Searching for Great Ideas (on page 30...). The Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare) contains, in my opinion, in embryonic form, provisions intended to move the nation in the right direction, but several legislative actions will be necessary to achieve a reasonable solution.
