    I believe that IQ and hard work are both equally important. To succeed in this world, I believe a person must be either intelligent or a hard worker. For centuries, people have been measured by their intelligence, based on tests. From kindergarten through college graduation, students are measured using standardized tests that categorize them based on their intelligence. There are many benefits to both, but I believe that with hard work and dedication, a person can be as successful as a smart person. Growing up, I was always compared to my big sister. Everyone thought she was my twin even though she was two years older than me. People would joke that I had just lost a grade or that they were just putting her ahead because she was really smart. She never really needed to study to get an A. On the other hand, I had to work really hard to get good grades. No matter how much I study, I always end up being an average B or C student. She cried when she showed a lot of patience, which needs to be trained and molded to meet challenges. A person can achieve success by working hard even without scoring high on IQ tests. I believe that the harder a person works, the more he will enjoy and achieve great success. No matter how intellectual a person is if they do not make the effort to learn and work hard they will not succeed. I believe that everything we know is learned and that intelligent people are not born with everything already stored in their brain. Although intelligence can take people far and keep them ahead of others, those who work harder tend to achieve more of the results they want. Victory always goes to those who work the hardest. Slow and steady wins the race, is an old classic saying that indicates that determination in a field of study will eventually help one overcome the obstacle and learn it better than one who is naturally
