    The dark, black sky was covered with a million bright stars. The moon shone above a small town on the outskirts of London. The gentle wind swept through the bare trees and danced with the leaves below, creating a colorful array of orange, yellow, red and brown. Across the street, a light was on in a small house where a tall, dark-haired woman stood, talking to her two children Nicola and Erin. As she tucked them in, Erin asked, “Mom, will you tell us a story please?” “I’m sorry but it’s time to go to sleep now,” she said. “Please mom,” Nicola begged. “Okay, but only one story,” she replied. “This story is about how I got lost as a young girl and met an incredible man. It all started when…” “Wake up, wake up!” as the shrill screams rang in my ears My eyes, swollen and tired, slowly opened, to reveal a tall, blurry figure standing in front of me. It was the bus driver telling me it was the last stop. I looked around nervously. There was no one there and everyone had left. I walked slowly to the front of the bus, staggering across the aisle. As I got off, the door creaked and slammed behind me. the tires screamed as the bus sped away, leaving me helpless in the middle of nowhere. The clouds were dull and gray and the light patter of the rain could barely be heard above everyone's voices. . I was still dizzy, not knowing where... middle of paper ...... to see my family again. I couldn't wait to get home and tell them about this man. I only knew him for a few minutes and yet he was the most incredible man I had ever met in my entire life, she concluded. As she tucked her children in, they said goodnight to her, she turned off the light and everything went black.
