Agile methodology consists of around twelve principles and here we will elaborate on some of them. In agile methodology, the main priority is user satisfaction through early and continuous delivery of software, which software should be perfect and not over-developed or under-developed. Furthermore, in agile methodology, the main measure of progress is usable software and therefore if one plans to use this methodology, in each iteration, the software developed must be functional. Usually, for each iteration, the functional requirements have evolved over time while remaining as simple as possible.
