  • Essay / Organizational culture and culture: Organizational...

In the business society, the management structure chooses the practices, attitudes, airs and ethics that build the working society. If an organization's authoritarian structure is entirely hierarchical, with centralized decision-making force at the top, the organization's way of life will likely demonstrate less opportunity and autonomy at lower levels. If an organization's management structure is decentralized, with shared strength and authority at all levels, the way of life is likely to be more autonomous, personalized and logical. Structure and culture are key elements for an association to thrive. If a company works focusing on these points of view, it turns out to be anything but difficult to attract buyers and expand the rivalry. Whether a business is small or large, its suitability depends on its structure. This organizational structure is created and affected by culture which thus impacts an association's ability to actualize changes.
