    Part one: What about me? Personality overview. I am an Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging (ISTJ) according to Jungian Personality Type 16 and Type B Personality. ISTJ and Type B personalities intersect where they have similar characteristics. As an ISTJ, I am conscientious, emotionally stable, and open to experience; which makes me reliable, meticulous, organized, able to plan and perseverant. (Kroeger, Thuesen and Rutledge, 2002). As a Type B personality, I have a considerable drive to work hard and achieve my goals, but I have a confident style that allows me to work at a steady pace. I see things from a global perspective, encourage teamwork and demonstrate patience in decision-making. (Fretwell and Hannay, 2013). These traits complement the ISTJ personality. Possible careers for me are: The unknown, the future and the unexpected are all stressors. The Holy Spirit taught me that stress is the result of fear; the fear of the unknown therefore the lack of faith. God says in so many scriptures of the Bible: “Fear not, for I am with you…” (Isa. 41:10 New King James Version). By faith, I know I can face tomorrow with confidence. One of the weaknesses of the ISTJ is that I am stubborn, I resist change and any new ideas that I do not support. The Holy Spirit has shown me strength in such a way that resistance gives me time to seek the Lord on issues I do not have to resolve. hasty decisions. Honestly, weakness has become a very powerful tool and has even taken away my fear of uncertainty because the Lord always guides me when surprises arise. can rest in Him.
