The topic of health has a big influence on my life. I have seen firsthand the consequences of a substandard lifestyle. Because most of my life I have been considered healthy. I quickly decided at a young age to be active, eat well and stay healthy, because of the pain I saw in those who were unhealthy. I made this decision because I didn't want poor health decisions to affect me or anyone I cared about. So it is extremely important for me to lead a healthy lifestyle. After the Lord himself, my health is our number one priority. So far, I have been able to live a long and healthy life. I achieved this by placing my daily duties and responsibilities on three fundamental principles of life: eating well, exercising correctly, and enjoying life. We currently live in a world where the decision between want and need applies to everything, and health is a perfect example. We sometimes struggle to get enough exercise and eat foods that are good for us. Being healthy is a constant balancing act, and since we can all be healthy through fullness, the methods go back to three basic principles. As I call them the three “E’s”: eat, exercise and enjoy, this is what paved the way to a newer and better me. This is a topic I rarely talk about, because my advice has never really been followed. . Unless I am someone currently facing health issues, or someone who has had issues in the past and remembers their stories; my contribution on such topics is often overlooked. However, I think my contribution is just as good, if not better, than theirs. I see that I am offering a different perspective of the stories of someone who has faced the temptation of being overweight, but has always resisted such temptations. For middle of paper......
