The Pitiful Campus Dining Experience When I was a waiter at a local pizzeria, the regional manager came once every two weeks and inspected the restaurant. He would check on us throughout the evening, and when the crowds died down, he would gather us around and give us our opinions. At the start of every debrief, as it was called among the crew, the first words out of his mouth were always: “From the moment the guest walks through these doors, their dining experience begins.” He will form an opinion about us. , and it's your job to make sure that opinion is a good one! "Even though my experiences at this restaurant have been behind me for a year, every time I eat I always keep the customer's opinion in mind, especially when I am the customer. This arrangement is beneficial to both parties involved, and since my results conclude that there is no widespread dissatisfaction with the restaurant service, there is no real justification for more drastic procedures than those I have suggested.
