The questions to be considered concern the different aspects of implementing global business expansion. In terms of time, there is market potential for this timely venture. However, there are potential challenges and risks that need to be considered before implementing international expansion. Moving from a purely domestic market to a global market in a horizontal construction operation can be perilous if not carefully planned and carefully prepared. Additionally, ethical and social issues of the Asian global market as well as cultural diversity concerns will need to be addressed. In conclusion, several logical suggestions and possible solutions will be offered to help XYZ Construction, Inc. achieve successful global business expansion in the Asian market. Global Market Analysis There is ample evidence that XYZ Company's IPO and market diversity can be positively affected. by expanding its operations in Asian countries. The barriers between developed and undeveloped countries have been eliminated through the use of technology.
