    The built environment undoubtedly affects the quality and care provided to patients and their family members. Patients and their family members expect from a health care organization an environment that is well constructed, responsive and accessible, caring for the family, encouraging or beneficial to well-being, confidential, considerate, secure and secure. The Environmental Checklist is an assessment tool that will help healthcare organization designers and healthcare administrations accumulate information about consumer needs, measure satisfaction, and provide comparisons between establishments to shape industry best practices. I reviewed my facility's environmental checklist and discussed with my nursing manager which areas need improvement and which are working well. The three most important areas that I would address that need to be reestablished are 1. Information systems in place, 2. Staffing needs, and 3. Patient discharge. Information systems in place. The increasing cost of health care and the lack of health insurance coverage for more than 15% of the U.S. population have emerged as significant political, economic, and political concerns. Hospitals must find ways to increase efficiency to reduce the cost of their services. Hospital organizations in the United States face pressure to control costs and improve quality outcomes. Information systems (IS) play an essential role in meeting these challenges. A successful presentation of information systems (IS) in the healthcare sector can create new professional models. The dramatic improvement in technology improves the availability of clinical data in no time and thereby improves patient outcomes and care management.
