GUARDIAN ANGEL. Vibrations of excitement and pleasure were evident in the air. It was the first day of summer vacation and the day was picturesque - cloudless skies, warm sun and a cool breeze playing in my hair. – and I was tempted to take mouthfuls of the rich air, perfumed with the flavors of freedom and independence. It was a usual condition that I had at the start of every vacation. I was sitting in the window seat of the bus in full swing, tied to my everything. It was when I was in ninth grade that we discovered this secluded vacation spot near my uncle's estate. Set in an immaculate and picturesque setting, entering this alcove of nature was very similar to stepping away from civilization, it is the hustle and bustle that reigns in the place where God and nature commune. As the bus passed through the narrow lanes, almost everyone on the bus was already fast asleep and the rest were too exhausted from the excitement of the day. A moment of hushed silence, then absolute chaos. The bus stopped abruptly. I was brought out of my daydreams and had no idea for a while, but gradually I realized that an elderly uncle among us had fainted and was no longer breathing. Among us, there were a few aunts who were nurses. They all rushed to him, trying all emergency procedures to revive him, but to no avail. his two children cried while his desperate wife tried her best to get him to talk. When all their efforts failed, it was unanimously decided that we should take him to a nearby doctor or hospital. Few adults rushed out of the bus. hope to reach a middle of paper......t I have the potential and the heart to be a great doctor. Since I was young, I always had an inner push to reach out to I wanted to get to the heart of suffering and conquer all pain and misery. Although it may be a 17-year-old's idyllic dream, I intend to make it a reality. I believe that through this noble profession, I will be able to do justice to my inner calling. After all, aren’t doctors supposed to be guardian angels? Born in India and raised in Qatar, I have various options for attending college. But I choose to be part of the best. I consider Weill Cornell Medical College, an exceptional center of celestial knowledge, to be the place where I belong. Not only can I benefit from the vast resources provided by Weill Cornell, but I believe that I can also contribute something in return. Perhaps provide society with something extraordinary - the gift of LIFE.
