Every day, people make hundreds of decisions in their personal and professional lives in response to different situations. For example, whether or not a particular candidate should be hired for the title offered or the promotional discount will help increase sales, etc. It is considered that the more information or basic data available, the better the human being's ability to make good decisions based on various possibilities (Nauman, 1990). The success of the organization depends on the alignment of its business processes, resources and values and not just the capabilities of the employees who work there. Smart organizations make multifaceted interventions such as organizational structure, technology, methodologies, etc. examine accessible components of decision-making. Ideologically, there are four basic steps that can improve the decision-making process, including identification, inventory, intervention, and institutionalization (Davenport, 2009). Alignment of decisions made in terms of prioritization of improvements e.g. what are the main concerns, intensity of occurrence, what information is available to support them?, design of processes, systems in order to make effective decisions. which tools and analytical models to use for execution of decision making, etc. In order to streamline various business processes, as well as their improvement and smooth functioning, the business analytical approach has its own importance in organizations today. According to Evan (1990), analytics can be considered as any data-driven process that provides insight into either past information or predictions about future procedures by adding value to the data transformed into information.
