  • Essay / Discrimination affects our flow in the workplace

I would say I've dealt with this more times than not, which is a good thing. There are several things I know that prevent me from achieving flow in a day. It's when I'm frustrated, I have to do some training, people don't listen when I ask a question or do something, and I have to do other people's dirty work. Most of these problems occurred on days when I was not able to achieve flow and it affected me even after leaving work. Another issue that interfered with my flow was the mood of the people I was working with or working with. I have to say that of all the jobs I've had, this one taught me the most about flow. No matter where you work, you will always have good days and bad days, but I must not let the little things get in the way of whether the flow is happening or not. Every job will require you to do things you don't want to do and maybe they found you best suited for it, so don't be happy.
